TennisRallyRizz ("we", "us") is a tennis training and team app at tennisrallyrizz.com, built for junior players and the coaches and family members who support them. Questions: contact@tennisrallyrizz.com.
Only what's needed to run the app: your name, email and password (for your account); your role (player, coach or parent); and the content you create — journal entries, match scores and statistics, drills and learning paths, goals, schedule events, opponent records, chat messages, connection links, and achievements. We do not collect precise location, contacts, advertising identifiers, or biometric data. We do not sell or rent any of this to anyone.
TennisRallyRizz is designed for junior athletes. For children under 13 (or the equivalent age of digital consent where you live), an account must be created and supervised by a parent or legal guardian, who consents to this policy on the child's behalf and can review the child's content by joining their team, request corrections, export the data, or delete the account at any time. We collect no more information from children than the app's features require, and never use children's data for marketing. If you believe a child's account was created without appropriate consent, contact us and we will delete it.
Data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Authentication) on Google Cloud infrastructure, protected by security rules so that each account can only be read by you and the teammates you have explicitly connected via invite codes and permissions. Offline copies may be cached on your own device for offline use. Transmission is encrypted (HTTPS).
Your content is private to you and your linked team. Players control permissions for what their coach and family can see. Messages you send in team chats are visible to that chat's members and remain there even if you later delete your account. Nothing is public.
We keep your data while your account exists. From Me → Account you can export everything as a JSON file, or permanently delete your account, which removes your profile, journal, matches, drills, paths, assignments, goals, opponents, tournaments, notifications and team links. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Messages already sent to team chats, and copies of feedback embedded in other users' content, may remain.
We use only what's technically necessary to sign you in and run the app, plus privacy-friendly, cookieless page analytics from our hosting provider (Vercel) that count visits and pages — without cookies, without identifying you, and without tracking you across sites. No advertising cookies, no ad-tech trackers, and we never sell or share analytics data.
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date above and note it in the app.
